I have these installed all over my living room. They're easy to set-up with the app, especially if you have a dual-band router that supports frequencies at both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Originally, it was just so we could utilize the voice command with our Google Home Assistant (we lazy), but having the different color options has been more fun than I could've imagined! When playing a video game or watching a movie it's just nice to set the color to match the mood — plus dimming the lights and cozying up with a book feels very luxurious!

No need for a specific hub to set these up (they can control these lights with the free PlusMinus phone app), but they are compatible with Alexa Echo, Echo Dot, and Google Home Assistant.
